found a few birds today

i found a few birds today. i went out with the bird dog today and got some hunting in. i found 6 woodcock and 1 partridge. i didnt get to hunt as much as i had planned ended up helping a friend find his bear hounds in between going to bird hunting spots.




i got a woodcock and and friend got one to. my shooting is still a little rusty but i have just as much fun shooting as i do when i actually get one.

Nice pic, when i was younger i use to hunt over a buddys pointer what a great time.

I dont see any one else posting anything about bird hunting so i thought i would. It is a lot of fun you usually have a lot of action like rabbit hunting with the beagles.
