Had to stop for a couple strutting a few weeks ago in the middle of the road one gobbling his head off. Also seen a few more saturday strutting in front of a couple hens. I keep telling everyone we'll be turkey hunting on snow shoes up here this year!

Yeah... no luck down in southern maine with turkey's goobling or even seeing them in strut but u see them crossing roads every once in a while with the winter coat still on but down state the snows going pretty fast so we might not be on snow depending on where your going to be opening morning

several different spots here in athens area , just this morning 13 hens , a decent gobbler and 3 jakes in yard

Came around a corner this morning and there was turkeys running and flying everywhere lol. They were all over someone's lawn and in the road there was a couple nice gobblers on the guys lawn gobbling

Like Bones said ours have wool coats on and we will be hunting on snowshoes and with snow camo this year hahaha, wonder if Turhey Thugs or one of the other shows has ever done that?
