    Just thought I would let anyone interested know that Joe Pete Appleby passed yesterday at 82 years young.
    Pete was a coon hunter for as long as I can remember in western Maine.
    I can not think of anyone with more passion for hounds than Pete.
    Rest in Peace Old Friend!

    Just thought I would say that there were many people in the pews that had stories to tell about 'coon hunting with Pete. It was truely a celebration of his life as was fitting. I felt honored to be able to relay a bit of my feelings for this old friend.
