They aren't talking up here I think we had a larger winter kill off then the state thinks.Last 4 day hunting most of the day and have not even heard a bird

very few birds in athens area , i've only had 5 tom sightings but did manage to kill a big tom monday morning ,20 lbs , and most all birds in groups of one or two hens with tom. was talking to owner of tagging station in newport and he said kill will be way off due to winter kill,

They stopped gobbling around my house for like 2 weeks ago
