This year the Sportsman show falls on March 29th 30th and 31st
I have yet to see times but I am going to assume they are similar if not the same as last years!
The MSDA is looking for volunteers to work the booth again this year, let us know if there anytime you may be able to help out... *Please Keep in mind, Sunday March 31st is Easter*
(WE NEED AT LEAST 2 PEOPLE FOR EACH SLOT)
Friday the 29th;
~Set up approx. 9am: ~ Lauren, Tim Cote, David Pride (I need a few others here)
1pm-4pm: ~Tim Cote, David Pride
4pm-7pm: ~Lauren
Saturday the 30th;
9am-1pm: ~Derek Keenan
1pm-5pm: Scott and Joy York
5pm-9pm:
Sunday the 31st;
9am-1pm: ~Bill and Theresa
1pm-5pm: ~Lauren, Toby
Take down ~Lauren, Pete, Toby
We would like to have at least 2 people at the booth to allow breaks for one another etc...if there is someone who wants to volunteer but can only do a shorter shift just let me know and I'll work with it accordingly!
