Help with garmin 320

Can anybody help me with loading topo maps to micro sd cards for my garmin 320 I want maine and New Hampshire . I live in Bridgton and work in Portland so some place close would be nice but I am willing to travel . Thanks for any help you can send my way.

I forgot to put in the post that I do not have a computer just an I pad . Have access to a computer at work but have the next two weeks off . Want to spend as much time in the woods as I can.

how many do you need ? when do you want to do it

I have two brand new micro sad cards . Some time this weekend would be great but I have the next two weeks off so any time would be good for me.
